This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Parys.biz, developed and operated by DigiBroz, provides refunds and handles cancellations of subscriptions purchased through our Service at https://parys.biz.

Our Reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions

Parys.biz offers monthly and annual subscription plans for access to our business directory platform. All subscription fees are billed in advance.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account, navigate to the billing section of your dashboard, and follow the cancellation instructions. Alternatively, contact us at support@parys.biz and we will process the cancellation on your behalf.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@parys.biz and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After the 30-day period, refunds are generally not provided for partially used billing periods. However, Parys.biz may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances. To request a refund outside of the 30-day period, please contact us with your account details and the reason for your request.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued. For cancellations after the 30-day period, we may offer a pro-rated refund for unused months at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your circumstances.

EU & UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of completing a transaction without giving any reason. Please note that if you have started using the Service during this 14-day period, you may not be entitled to a full refund under applicable law. How Refunds Are Processed

All transactions are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. For any billing queries, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/support.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
